Terms and Conditions – Auto Electrical Services
1. Scope of Work
We provide auto electrical diagnostic, repair, and installation services for all vehicle types, including passenger, commercial, and heavy-duty vehicles. The scope of work will be defined and agreed upon prior to commencement.
2. Warranty
We offer a 1-year warranty on all components supplied and fitted by us, as well as the associated labor. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues directly related to the parts and services we provided.
3. Warranty Conditions
- The warranty is valid from the date of service and applies only to the original customer.
- Warranty claims must be supported by proof of service/invoice.
- Any tampering, misuse, or unauthorized work on the components installed by us will void the warranty.
- The warranty covers only the specific component(s) we supplied and installed. It does not cover consequential damage or faults arising from unrelated vehicle systems.
4. Limitation of Liability
We will not be held responsible for any mechanical, electrical, or electronic issues unrelated to the components we worked on. Our liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the faulty component covered under our warranty, at our discretion.
5. Call-Out Services
Call-out services are provided based on location and availability. Additional charges may apply and will be communicated upfront.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to withhold warranty coverage until full payment is received.
7. Vehicle Condition
We rely on accurate information regarding your vehicle's condition. We reserve the right to refuse service where underlying or unrelated faults may pose a risk to the work being carried out.
Great stories have a personality. Consider telling a great story that provides personality. Writing a story with personality for potential clients will assist with making a relationship connection. This shows up in small quirks like word choices or phrases. Write from your point of view, not from someone else's experience.
Great stories are for everyone even when only written for just one person. If you try to write with a wide, general audience in mind, your story will sound fake and lack emotion. No one will be interested. Write for one person. If it’s genuine for the one, it’s genuine for the rest.
